Applications will be accepted from October 23 – 30 in two categories: Innovative Foster Care and Removing Barriers to Adoptions (Adoption Ambassadors, Adopters Welcome, Open Adoptions, etc.). Adoption Event Survey Study
Staff, owners, and directors of animal shelters, rescue groups, and humane societies are needed for a survey research study! Texas Tech University in conjunction with Maddie’s Fund is conducting survey research on adoption events across the country with an aim to better understand how adoption events are conducted. These data will then be used to better understand what practices are beneficial for increasing adoption rates during these events.
