Can senior pets and pets with health challenges get adopted? You bet!

The Maddie’s® Treatable Assistance Program is a pilot program for adoption guarantee organizations in Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco Counties to support the adoptions of senior and/or medically treatable homeless dogs and cats originating from animal control shelters in those counties.

Some of the participating organizations recently shared happy ending stories of pets who were successfully adopted through this program.
