You've probably heard about Zeutering, a form of neutering for male dogs done with a zinc injection. If you've been wondering if it's something your organization or veterinary practice needs to check out, the Alliance for Contraception in Cats & Dogs (ACC&D) and the folks at Ark Sciences want to help.
ACC&D is offering a total of $14,000 in grant money, with individual grants as high as $2,000, to organizations that develop innovative marketing or operations strategies for Zuetering. The winning submissions will be shared, so other organizations can make use of them and get more dogs sterilized. reward creative strategies to market or incorporate Zeuterin into organization operations.
The contest is open to U.S. municipal agencies, 501(c)3 animal shelters and rescues, veterinary practices and spay/neuter programs. You can download an application here.
