Maddie’s Fund^® is asking its social media followers to take a short survey on what you’d most like to learn from us about helping animals — your own adopted pets, as well as those in shelters and foster homes!

The survey will be available until Friday, August 29, and we estimate it will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Respecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities. All responses will remain completely anonymous and findings will be evaluated in summary form.
