Quin'C gets an ice cream cone

This spotted dog had a rough start on life, including an accident that left him injured on the streets. Fortunately, the Maple Woods Veterinary Technician program in Kansas City, MO, took him into their adoption program, where he got all the veterinary care and love he needed.

Sadly, he turned out to have cancer with a poor prognosis… but that was far from the end of his story! Television veterinarian Dr. Marty Becker and his family fell in love with him, and with the help of a dedicated band of vet tech student transporters, the dog now named Quin’C and his kennel-BFF Quill’N made the long trip to Northern Idaho, where he lived out his remaining months surrounded by love.

Here are the amazing vet tech students telling Quin’C he’d been adopted… and it looks like he understood the great news.

Wherever you are, Quin’C, we love you, and hope your #FeelGoodFriday is as pawsome as ours will be after we watch this happy video!
