The ASPCA invites you to join The Rescue Effect, a national campaign dedicated to helping organizations increase adoptions and engage the public. Participating shelters will receive a robust toolkit of marketing materials and adopter resources throughout the campaign to help you amplify your work and place more animals in loving homes.
