Maddie’s Center doesn’t open until 2015, but dogs and cats in our community need help now! So beginning February 1, 2014, Maddie’s Fund is joining forces with Tri-Valley Animal Rescue (TVAR) to expand TVAR’s efforts to rescue, care for and find homes for homeless pets.
